IssueTrak is a Web based service desk application used by IT Help desk and customer support organizations to track, assign, and report on customer requests and incidents. Customers can submit issues and support requests online and IssueTrak will automatically route issues according to specifications set by the organization�s administrator. Customers can log in or receive updates automatically on the status of their requests.
